there should already be an icon on ur desktop if theres not then go to the start menu then right click on outlook express and then click on create shortcut

You can easily create a Shortcut Icon

Click on START
Click on ALL PROGRAMS
Highlight Outlook Express, then RIGHT CLICK, then Click on SEND TO then Select SEND TO...DESKTOP (Create Shortcut)

If you want, yep! (Last time I checked, it was an envelope with a blue speedy arrow circling oval southwest to northeast across the middle.)
