i almost dropped out because of grades but went back and refocused on school. In your position you should either look into going back to school part time or seeing if your job will pay for you to continue education. You need to have a back up plan if you lose your job or it is downsized. Part time school could really work especially if you go to your local school for only 1 or 2 courses a semester and could finish you degree over a few years and still keep your job. Also look into online universities and colleges to see what options you can get with that. A general degree in basket weaving or something else inconsequential is better than no degree at all.

I think if you did, it would be good inspiration for your future children and grandchildren. However, I don't know your monetary situation, so you should do what is best for you.
College is an investment. The results are pretty consistent.
Not getting a degree is a "risk." Some people take that risk and do extremely well, such as Bill Gates, and some other millionaires. If you have accomplished your life goals, or if you can accomplish them without the degree, then I would recommend you save your tuition money and enjoy yourself.

Why is a secondary education important? Most people only think so because it's necessary (most of the time) to attain a job with good pay. Unless you want to attend college again for the sake of intellectual pursuit, I see no reason as to why you should go back.

I wouldn't give up my job. I went back to University after 10 years (and graduated), but I did it at night without leaving my job.
Part of the point of going to University is to get a good job - which you have.
I think "EVERYBODY" is wrong...

If i was you i would go back, so i can learn as much as i can, and I can also keep my job, learn more about my job as much as i can. It would be hard, but i know you can do it. you should try it, least for a few months and if you can't do it then drop out, but try to finish your degree.
