I have tried all sorts of ways. Shall have to call out a computer wiz I suppose.

the inkjet is jammed in the space and I cannot shift it, nothing to do with paper jam or the printer runner

I mean nothing to do with cartridge carrier - sorry wrong expression - nevertheless, cartridge jammed tight

pull on it very very hard. a wiz is going to do the same thing. i've had to remove someone's black cart from the colour slot before, and they had it shoved in there really well. i just pulled and pulled until it finally popped out.

Not sure what you mean by "jam" but if the cartridge carrier won't move, you can try turning OFF\Unplugging the printer and see if you can manually free it up....

call a wiz, otherwise you might risk damaging it
