When I feel bad, I do something constructive.
I was upset last week about something over which I have no control. I put on my walking shoes and took a long walk to shake myself out of my mood. I've also taken to riding my exercise bike when I'm upset. I don't push myself, or try to harm myself. I do it as a way to love myself.
Good luck!

Anger IN THE MOMENT is often a combination of your anger right now and your anger of the past Something happens in the present moment that on a scale of 1 (irritation) to 10 (rage) is just a 2, but because you were already angry about something else, now it's a 6.
One good way to get rid of past and present anger is to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Emotional Tapping. EFT is easy to learn (you can learn the basics in 15-30 minutes). You can use EFT anytime, anywhere for any emotional or physical issue.
Please download the FREE EFT Instructional manual from the EFT website (www.emofree.com).
I learned how to use EFT last year and now use it everyday. EFT really works - for example, ONE QUICK TECHNIQUE YOU CAN USE RIGHT NOW TO RELEASE STRESS/ANGER IS TAPPING LIGHTLY ON THE OUTER SIDE OF EITHER HAND (the fleshy part of the hand opposite your thumb, where you would give a karate chop. Just use the fingers of your other hand and lightly tap that spot about 5-7 times)

Well, if I were in your shoes, they'd need to be about an 8 1/2 wide.
If I were trying to relieve stress, I'd listen to some soothing music, drink a couple of cups of nice herb tea and stretch first, then do some yoga poses.
Good luck.

It depends what kind of stress it is. If you were stressed from someone annoying I would try going to a local gym and "taking my stress out" on a punching bag or in a boxing ring. If you were stressed from work or school I would take a trip, go on vacation or for a quick fix take a nap.
