I used to, when I was in the Army (age 18/19), being chased by others, lugging M-16s, on our 3-6 mile runs. Or, on our P.T. runs.

Heck no sad 2 say!! I run a few laps and I already have to put my hands over my head b/c I get a cramp in my side....damn shame I know so I am trying to work on it.
