my black moor fish has white bubbles on his eyes and he has these weird bubbles on his body to please help

Are these bubbles small (about the size of a grain of sugar) and all over his body? This sounds like ich (see photo to compare with your fish: http://www.aquariumadvice.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=1394&cat=556). This website give good info on a couple of ways you can treat this: http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/ich.php I like Quick Cure - it's only about $2 at WalMart.

it sounds like scale rot, you need to clean the water more often and find out if u have any chemical imbalances in the water [i had to much ammonia in mine] and go to the pet store and find w water treatment that will neutralize the bad chemicals
