From the University of Colorado @ Boulder. BS In Business Administration (Management). What are my chances of getting in to a top MBA program like Wharton? 3 years as accounts receivable manager.

I'm not gonna lie, you have slim to none chances. Things that may improve your chances.

-Get your GMAT Score higher. Shoot for 700 range.
-Quantitative results at your job, i.e. restructuring the system to save your company thousands or millions of dollars.
-Very clear goals about what you want to do, and proof that you're heading in that direction currently.

There is nothing wrong with shooting slightly lower at the 20-30 rankings as many are more accepting of GMAT scores like that.

What is the maximum score you can get on the GMAT? Can you add that info in, then I'll tell you what I think. :)

But regardless you should apply cause you never know. Especially since you have work experience, they may like that a lot.
