I wanna know if Richard is dead or alive, Ive been through ALOT of sites, and some say dead some say alive. Does anyone know? Please dont say "hopefully dead" either.

He's still alive but I believe his appeals were exhausted as of August. I don't know why California even has the death penalty since alot of people sit on death row for up to 20 years or more.
