My friend wants to know If someone like family/friends sends $
through online western union etc can they then take it back after its given as gift by law or through way they sent the $?

No once gift is given(ask her to get in writing)it cant be taken back and whoever is doing that lacks alot of human values.Theres no way can get it back either by law or any other way.A gift is a gift.

There a lot of law on gifts. Once a gift is given. it cannot be taken back unless it was a conditional gift. For example if the gift was for college tuition and was used for something else, it can be forced to be returned IF the condition was clearly stated.

What did they do to the 'gift giver' to make them angry? Looks like they would be grateful and try to please the 'gift giver'.
