Although Tennessee does have allot of beauty and charm, I don't think it goes with a human. Try going a few miles south, try Georgia. That's a good name for a little girl.

No. When I hear the name Tennessee assciated with anything other than the sate, I think of Tennessee Tuxedo, the cartoon. Sorry.

I think it would be a great name for a pet (dog, cat, horse, goat, etc.) No offense, but it just seems a bit pen-name-ish. Like she writes romance novels titled, " Savannah's Longing", and her pen-name is Tennessee Ashcroft & her real name is Denise Crofford. Don't do it!
