WHO CARES???
I'm black and I DONT CARE!!
WhY?? Because even some of the most covert racists are not bold enough to say the N-word. There are so many people who say the N-word behind closed doors, --they think it in their hearts, etc. But yet when it shows up on TV we act like it's a darn catastrope! Racism isnt News, people!
Richards, Gottfried and the media can HAVE A NICE LIFE!! for all I care

I didn't hear how he used it on Stern's show but comics use the N-word all the time. It's one thing to use it as a part of your act and in a joking manner. Richards lost it and went on a tirade and it clearly wasn't a part of his act, nobody found it funny and it was just sad.

The hecklers have been African/American. human beings including Jamie Fox can use the N word because of the fact he's black. it particularly is like all ethnic group making a assertion approximately their own type. it particularly is well-known yet while somebody exterior that group suggested an analogous ingredient pay attention. it particularly is like your new child: you are able to say that your new child is lazy, yet while somebody else have been to declare that comparable ingredient, it does not go over too enormous. i've got faith that persons including Michael Richards and Mel Gibson particularly teach how what they think of and have faith while they say deplorable issues. If Mel Gibson did not have faith what he suggested, he does not have suggested so. an analogous with Michael Richards.

I think it was the context in which Richards used the word that caused an uproar. He was saying things like, and I'm paraphrasing, "We used to hang you from a tree, N_____R!" and stuff like that. I also think the fact he was on TMZ.com and youtube didn't help him any, either. The other thing is, they always degrade SOMEONE on Howard Stern...they're like the South Park of satellite radio.

i didn't hear the stern show (i'm in australia) but the richards incident was not just about the use of the n word but also because he screamed it directly at an individual and then he went on to describe in detail what he would have done to them when they were slaves. he wasn't generally being racist he racially attacked people and that is treated differently.

Cuz Richards was almost washed up, and Gilbert has been washed up for 15 years now. Now they both are.

I don't know how Howard gets away with it. But he hasn't gotten the respect that Michael Richards did. Everybody looked up to "Kramer." That's why everyone was so shocked and disgusted when he said those things. With Howard? you expect it.
