Maybe and maybe not. You surely wouldn't want publicity telling the world that your product could kill them but on the other hand to say you might have side effects probably wouldn't hurt your sales. I'd say some bad publicity could be good, it just depends on how bad the publicity is.

Or, take Miserosoft - no longer a unmarried reliable application in historic previous, no longer something yet insects and protection flaws, easily everyone's complaining, so Gates is the richest form-of-guy available. inspect each and each of the papers, internet internet sites, television information... right this moment - bald & fat Britney receives tatoos... or the Hilton sl.ut...

yeah! I am a great believer in that. As long as you are in the spotlight or on the front page or on the red carpet! So your name can be on the lips. Bad things are always forgotten, but the face and the name stays!

If you are a product, bad publicity can work either way. If you are a person, I would rather be unknown than be infamous.
