I did but I am spoiled that way LOL I also told my mother when I was going to go into labor because I could stand being pregnant any longer. I had a really ruff 8th month and went into labor and had my son 18 days early. (I had been sunburned to the point I was on pain meds to help me walk to the bathroom to pee and then after I healed from that about two days I fell and broke my foot I was done at that point) but I was right on the day I said I would go into labor.

Funny! I am not even responding to this question because I've gotten EXACTLY what I prayed for, in fact, my first baby was the exact opposite- A GIRL! I was really, really praying for a boy, only because I just think that boys grow to be more loyal to their mothers, and it's just a different bond-that's all! Nothing major in my wanting a boy initially. One thing is for certain though; I prayed for a beautiful, healthy baby, and that's what I got, even though, kinda like I figured, my daughter (now 3 years old) is more loyal to my hubby! Ha! Jokes on me! Now I am 16 weeks preggies with the 2nd., and, I am, once again, praying for a boy! Let's just see how this one goes....If you are the one that is expecting, then, by all means,God Bless you and your baby, though, whatever it is, and I pray that it is strong and healthy as well!!

i have 2 step sons and 2 sons of my own, so of course when i found out i was 6 weeks pregnant i starting praying and hoping for a baby girl. Every day lol but the sex was already determined and God knows whats in store for you. Im now 24 weeks and im having a little boy :) But thats okay ive already fallen in love with him. Trust me when i tell you no matter what you have you will love him or her regardless of what sex they are. Children are blessings and you will get what God wants you to have :)

I got the next best thing! But seriously, I think if someone was truly disappointed about the gender of their baby, that would be kinda sad. I mean, it's normal to want a girl if you already have 3 boys, but to be depressed about it would be sad to see

My mom's side of the family is majority girls (25 F / 3 M...out 28 grandchildren)...so I hoped for a boy. I saw the ultrasound and I just knew. I still had to hope because no one could tell me for sure in the ultrasounds. Now I am the proud mommy of 3 year son!

that's sexist, because of the fact i concept no longer something could desire to count number different than the toddler being born secure and properly. yet in actuality mothers and dads could yearn for one intercourse or the different, based case in point on what they have already got. whilst i replace into pregnant with my third toddler, I did locate myself wishing that i might have a female this time, having already have been given 2 sons (yet i've got been given yet another son). that's something human beings will no longer be able to truly help. the only factor which would be somewhat incorrect may be to take it out on the toddler whilst that's born.

i wished and prayed for a healthy baby. when asked what i wanted, i said a girl, but i know i wouldnt have minded a boy. i went to my 2nd ultrasound when i was 22 weeks, and they said it was a girl. I was thrilled, but i know i wouldve loved a little boy just as much as i love her. now, i have 28 days until my due date, and i just found out today that im 1 cm dialated, and i cant wait to meet her!

With my first three children I wished for certain genders and got it but I was happy with whatever I was given. I was thankful that they were all healthy!

I wanted a boy at first but then I changed my mind to a girl. I had my mind set, I was having a girl. Then two weeks before I gave birth I thought to myself, OMG what if it is a boy, I can't look disappointed when he comes out. So I was OK with boy or girl but I really wanted a girl, and I got her!
