Birthday Present: Mystery Pillow?

My sister got this pillow for her birthday today. Does anyone know what it is for? It has like external sleeves that you can fit your hands into. Her feet are too big to fit into the sleeves. It's from Ikea. Any help is greatly appreciated, we're both on the verge of hysterical tears.

The things I've seen that look like that were for feet. Maybe the person who gave it accidentally gave a child's size?
