Which sounds better?Pontiac G5 GT Superchargered or Pontiac G5 GT Turbocharged?

I want to see a see one of those two versions come out, Cobalt is supercharged so y cant the G5 be? Pontiac is supposed to be the performance branch of GM, so i wanna see this happen.

Turbo is more effiecitent, it runs off of usually wasted power and the turbo compresses air into the engine. So its free power. A turbo makes boots at all rpms while driving, but the higher the rpms the more boost becouse the engine is moving more air. A supercharger takes power to make power becouse it is ran off of the crank. So not as effieicnt, but there is alot of more things involved on a turbo so a supercharger takes up less room. id say a turbo would make more sense to have.

Turbochargers engage after hitting a certain RPM, as with Superchargers you benifit from the power right away.

Turbochargers = Save gas, Not as much power
Superchargers = Use More gas, more power off the line

im not tryin to say that supers are crappy but i would definetly go with a turbo because think about it, superchargers work on belts and pulleys in which use the engine to produce more power for the engine which means it wears down your car alot faster than a turbo, a turbo on the other hand works like a vacuum and uses the air it picks up to give it more power.

you can put a cobalt SC on a g5. as long as you have the ecotech motor
