you just need to look. if you can't go to the store by yourself, you can always look at online stores first.

Practically anywhere! I have a cute pair of ballet flats from target. There are also REALLY cute flats at american eagle! They have a bunch of different patterns and styles. If you're looking for a nice and inexpensive pair, I'd suggest target!

my sister found some adorably cute flats at Torrid. you could also try a catalog like Delias. although, Delias stuff is kind of expensive. But if they're to die for, then it'll be worth it.
