Why do people say that it's a depressing, sad song?

OMG............ this is like one of those very few songs that get you al tinggly inside and all. I love it! She is a great vocalist and artist. wow. And I dont think its a sad song, its just slow but her high pitch makes it somehting else that can'y be categorized. (i think thats how you spel that lol)

That song is hella depressing. I dont know why it may just be the music of it or something. or if you wanna get all deep an s*** it could be because she is losing her love but she is saying she will still love em. i dont know but all i do know is that no one should sing that song. it was made for whitney houston and when people who dont have a great voice sing it it sounds whorable

it's a nice song that's for sure. But it is quite sad, since it is saying good-bye to someone even though they love each other...

unless you were in the womb or under a rock in a deep, dark cave about 11 years ago, how can you not remember it. it was on morning, noon, night, second, hour, day, week, month, year.

as a result, i have come to hate anything costner is in. used to like her music until that bleak day. much like the titanic hackneyed tune, ugh! it's back in my head!!! NNOOOOOOOOOO

It was actually by Dolly Parton first. I think it is sad and depressing bnecause you have to listen to Whitney screaming her brains out.
