it's a dilemma... drugs should have been legal this whole time.. I firmly believe in educating people to be smart in the choices of what they do with their body. if prohibition should have proven anything, it's that making something illegal won't make it go away, it will simply drive the entire industry underground. the flip side of the coin is that since the BS policies have been around for so long, drugs have an enormous amount of baggage (gangs, other crime, etc.) that they will bring with them. this world is messed up and we can't fix all of our past mistakes at once. I think that we should be making a steady progression to as much personal freedoms as possible.

Not all drugs should be legal. I say this because I have seen what Heroin for example, does to a person..it absolutely destroys them and is always haunting...Heroin and hard core drugs like that KILL. That isn't a Drug or even a medicine. It is a man made Poison.
Everything should be done in moderation...No need to become a Junkie....Some people don't have self control, and with all Drugs legal people would Kill themselves...

Because its our body, and its a free country. I don't even do drugs and I still think some should be legal. People have a right to do what they want. Alcohol kills more than drugs.

One solid year of legal drugs for anyone over the age of 18. All the over-doses and our population would drop dramatically. The roaches on society would be gone.
