i have two figures one is a knight the other is a couple and they have funny phrases etched underneath them, they seem to be made out of resin. I know that they have a special name but i cant think wot it is does anyone have any idea.
the phrases are - once a king, always a king but once a knight is enough and the other is love is wonderful when the someone i love us you.
they have the words paula 1977 on the back made in the uk with a serial number
please help a desperate searcher

they are usually just known as Paula figurines and were popular from the late 1960s through the 1970s

similar figurines were made by Wallace and Russ Berrie, and others

you can find many of them on eBay and through other collecting sites

there was a collector with a large collection looking to contact other collectors here, they might be able to provide further information, in case you are interested
