im going tanning?

i need to go tanning for my prom but im not sure what i should do. i have a gift certificate to mac med spa, so imgoing to go there....there are a few choices of what to do but im not sure which to choose. help

it takes 10 times to get your base tan, you have to start out with like 5 minutes so you dont burn and each time work up a minute more, you should tan every other day for best results, good luck and stay moisturised and use tanning lotion in the bed aswell, one with a bronzer will make you look darker faster, cafe bronzer is a good one to use

Usually they have 3 or so different levels of beds. Level one is the cheepest but you're more likely to burn. Level 2 costs a little more but you're less likely to burn and level 3 definetly isn't cheep but you're almost guarenteed not to burn.
It depends on your skin tone and how easily you burn. The people that work there can help you figure out what tanning bed is good for you and how long you should tan for. Remember they get these types of questions all day. If you need to get tan quick then I'd recomend getting some tanning lotion there, it helps alot.

What do you mean what should you do?? Just get a basic tanning bed, they'll try to put you in anupgraded or mega bed so you spend moreof your gift certificate $. But some indoor tanning lotion (goggles usually come wih it) from Wal- MArt and than go tan!!!

Is it spray tan or the other. I suggest tanning bed because spray tans make you orange. Since it is your first time I would go in for a minimal amount of time and than increase as you go or else you will burn.

I'm not really sure what your asking here, but if your asking whether or not to go tanning, I say go for it, most teens do.
