He studied in Hamburg Universirt, graduated with Master in Mechanics and made the first Japanese motor 100%. As far as i remember, his name was something like (Takeo Osahira) but I couldn't find any result when i searched for that name. so plz can any one tell me his correct name?

I believe you mean Genichi Taguchi.

(田口 玄一) (born January 1, 1924 in Tokamachi, Japan) is an engineer and statistician. From the 1950s onwards, Taguchi developed a methodology for applying statistics to improve the quality of manufactured goods. Taguchi methods have been controversial among many conventional Western statisticians unfamiliar with the Taguchi methodology.

Along with Dr. Joseph Juran, and Edward Deming, Taguchi is credited with the massive quality improvements in Japan and their manufacturing since 1950.

But you throw me off mentioning a German School, so perhaps I got this wrong.
