How can I find out free via the internet if someone in Ala. is divorced or when they filed. I know her name&#?

Go to Vital Statistics , County, State and around the year you think she may have divorced put in divorces and go with her last name and keep trying. If you can't find it go to the courthouse to records and files and they will probably help you.

you can't unless you know the city/county where this is ocurring or wether it has already been done can't help you but if you do you can call the clerk of court and inquire in the town where she/he had it filed or finalized
