Can you buy american Xbox 360 games that work on an ENGLISH xbox 360???

English xbox games cost way way more than americans ones do so i want to know if i can get my dad to buy me american games then give them to me when he comes to the UK (I live in Britain)

No, xbox 360 games are region coded. There maybe a mod chip that allow you to do that. Google it.
