I fed some very small peices of canned (cooked) corn to my fish. Angel, Swordtail, Cory, Gourami. They all really liked it. Then I got to thinking, is that OK to feed them?

Of course, I also feed them Flake food, pellet food, tube worms, blood worms, & brine shrimp.
i just thought some veggie matter might be a nice change.

Yes they can. You can also feed larger fish like goldfish frozen peas (thawed), dog food (but it murks ur water), all kinds of veggies. Some fish even like bugs but be careful cause it might make them carnivours ( happened to my goldfish). But dont feed them too much veggies cause it will mess up their digestive system. Just as a treat every now and then.

Why would you even think of that? how long have you been feeding them corn? I would think that their digestive system could handle corn like humans. If they seem to be fine, then i guess it would be okay as a treat, but they need something more substantial when it comes to nutrients.

That's long been used as bait and chum for carp and catfish. I don't know of any reason why it couldn't be used for other fish. Never use any type of cheese.

If you have been feeding them corn they are probably going to die. :(
