Go for it. if you feel comfortable in it wear it. its your body and you can do watever you want with it.

Most dresses look wrong - ratio of hip width to shoulder width is quite different. Lots of dresses dip at the front or back and the hairy torso ruins the effect.
A mid calf or longer full skirt works well and a high neck blouse worn outside the belt will obscure the lack of waistline. Put a high neck brilliant white undershirt under the blouse and people will just assume you are hiding your assets. Full shoes or the hairy toes blow it all. Obscure stockings or shave your legs - when you sit down at the internet cafe, you dont want the guy at the opposite PC to have a heart attack.
Electric shaver goes in the trash as does facial hair and sideburns. Learn to wet shave and shave upwards against the grain else you'll look like bluebeard.
Practice in the shoes - ask a female friend to critique you.
Wig. Essential, good quality. Run your fingers through it, swish it about.
Bangles and beads to distract. Stop scratching yourself, learn to sit properly.
OK, now the hard bit. Where do you want to go, who do you want to fool, for how long and with what result?

Buddy, you've got a problem. Unless this is a passing fancy, mayybe you are a cross dresser and you don't know it. I would go to a therapist and talk out your feelings. If after some sessions, you feel that you still want to do this, you have to accept the fact that you will be ostracized and laughed at. If you can accept it, then you do what you have to do.

WOW! Good Question........... BUT NO! lol. You Can, You Can Do Whatever you want, is it right, NO. Will You Get Made Fun Of...... Yes. But Its how you feel and what you want.... i kno you kno its not right for you to be waering a dress or skirt as a GUY!....you never see skirts and dresses in the mens section or regular stores, but whatever floats ya boat.
