DEFINITLEY the second one. i think the first one has too much going on and the second one can be very versatile. she can dress it up or dress it down.

The first one is great for casual look. Like a t-shirt or sweater.
The second is a bit formal looking. Like a dress or suit.
I prefer the second one, the hearts are bit too cute. The second is more functional.
That is how I would wear them.

the second one is definately better. the first one looks too little girly. . if you want to spend a little more money go with any of Tiffany's silver line you cant ever go wrong with Tiffanys. and it costs anywhere from $100- $300.

If she is thin and has a nice slim neck the second one would do.But the first would work for anyone....
