I forgot to tell you guys its a rebuilt.

Labor on the starter should be around (1 hour) and the labor RATE can be as mush as $74.00 per hour.
The important question is... what is the warranty on the starter?
If it is a 90 day or six month warranty, you are over paying.
Aftermarket Rebuilt starters "can carry" a lifetime warranty. You need to ask. Also ask if the warranty includes "labor recovery".
What this means is... if the starter goes bad, it is covered under the warranty. It ALSO includes the labor cost!!!

Yes, I think that's a decent price considering auto electrical components have really gone up in price in the last few years, right along with mechanics' labor rates.

Not bad. Make sure you are getting a remanufactured starter, and ask what the warranty is. Should be at least 12/12,000.

Take it and run. At least a 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty is assumed.
