Seriously you should try to get your friend to a doctor. Or sit down first and have a heart to heart talk with her. It is an illness and it does require a doctor's attention. Without nutrition in your body you will become tired.

Okay, despite what everyone is saying about getting her to a doctor right away. I would advise that you should talk to your friend. She's your friend, and you sould be there for her, try to understand what she is going through. She may be under a lot of pressure, making her see a doctor or a counciler can cause her to stress even more. Talk to her about anything, try to find out what's on her mind that may be causing her to do this to herself. Don't try to force her to eat (this could cause her to sink deeper and more depressed), but try to talk her into what she's missing. Tell her she's beautiful no matter what, and if her boyfriend really cares about her, then he wouldn't look at her any different. An eating disorder is full with a great amount of emotions, it could also be a phase but still it can do much harm to a persons body. Personally, I blame the media for all of these thoughts they plant in teens minds these days. Make sure she's doing alright from time to time, call her up and have a decent conversation, let her know that you are there for her. If you notice that the condition worsens then I would seek for help. Talk to her boyfriend about this, maybe he could help her with it as well. Other then that .. seek a school nurse, teacher, someone she really cares for and can relate to. I hope it gets better for your friend, anorexia - or any type of eating disorder in that matter is a brutal situation.

anorexic people tend to be really sensitive on the food subject and like to be perfectionist. Getting them to admit a problem and how to even deal with it can seem impossible. Try to suggest psychologist without them feeling insulted.

Get Her Help, Tell Her Parents. Confide in Her School Teacher anybody to try and Help Her. He must not be much of a Boyfriend to think that about Her . Men like Women who arnt Skinny tell her that. May be he dosent know she is like this. I dont know if you should tell him it might make her worse. The main thing is letting her Parents know about this getting her help.
