Do you think it's a good idea to draw up a will close to their 40th birthday?

Terri Schindler Schiavo and Anna Nicole Smith didn't have one and look what happened to them. Do you think we should wait sooner or later to get it drawn up originally so we can tweak it in our later years?

Actually, a will should be drawn up as soon as one begins to accumulate assets. I personally am in favor of a living trust. This type of will sidesteps probate court and prevents attorneys from getting a hold of ones assets.
