2=b (should not be a comma between fit and you)
3=a
4=c
Just my opinion, mind you. :-)

Here's what I think, but it might be wrong!
1. c - Both parts of the sentence should make sense with the opening part "Do you advise me". "Do you advise me that I should get a job?" does not make sense, therefore the sentence does not have parallel parts. "To go" and "that I should" are different grammatical structures.
2. b - A comma splice I think, the comma between fit and you looks out of place.
3. b - A definite misplaced part here! Read the sentence again and you will notice that it actually implies the car is wearing red boots!
4. I think this is a, commas aren't usually used before and so the sentence would need to be reconstructed.

2) b: delete the comma after fit..

3) b: Is the car wearing the nice red boots?

4) a Carmen is a tall, slender womon of great beauty.

You are not looking for help with homework. You are looking for someone else to do it for you. If you don't understand thequestions or know the answers perhaps you were not paying attention in class. Perhaps if you ask your teacher nicely they will explain.
