I do. But it's always my own. I have conversations with myself, not outloud but in my head. I have heard of people hearing other voices, and usually it is the voice of someone in your past. It is actually yourself creating the words, but your mind conjures up the voice of another from your past, because you mentally call on that personality in a time of need, to deal with a certain situation.

That sounds a lot like Schizophrenia to me. If you see a psychiatrist, you won't be classified as "crazy." If they decide to diagnose you with Schizophrenia, there are medications you can take which can reduce or even eliminate the voices. If you are unhappy suffering from the voices, you shouldn't be afraid to see a psychiatrist. Is there a history of mental illness in your family? Do you sometimes exhibit inappropriate affect (laughing when others are saddened or disgusted, for example)? Auditory hallucinations are a pretty common symptom of schizophrenia, and it most likely develops during adolescence... Don't be afraid to seek help.

I do what Lindsey is talking about, and psychology calls that "self-talk." It's actually a good tool, because you can use it to talk yourself out of irrational thinking.

As far as voices other than your own, most believe that his is a delusion and can be a symptom of a psychotic disorder of one type or another. If you are hearing voices other than your own, I would encourage talking with a professional (preferably a psychiatrist).

i have an entire familiy in there. and unlike the people outside my little world they are nice to me. exept they are a bit strange and talk alot.
