My daughter lives in Israel and wants to get her Bachelor's degree. But her Hebrew is not strong enough.?

She wants to find a university where she can get her degree in English. Does someone know a mostly English langugage school in Israel where she can get her Bachelor's or can anyone recommend a credible online degree program?

The State University of New York has a distance college called Empire State College, with offices in Jerusalem.
I got my degree from them. Officially it is from SUNY, but I did it in Israel.
