Is it normal to get cramps/twinges at 14 weeks in pregnancy?

It may be something normal, but if I were you, I would call a doctor. I am not saying that something could be wrong, but I have learned from personal experience, that you should be safe than sorry. Anytime you have pains/feelings that you are not sure about, just call a doctor.

Yup, it could be a combination of gas and/or round ligament pain. Call your doctor if it gets severe or if you start spotting.
