Does anyone remember this show that was on in the 90's about some girl with like rainbow or just purple hair--- it was a puppet and she had a dog idk i just remembered it and forget the name of the show

It could either be, the big comfy couch or you could be talking about a kids cartoon. I think the cartoon was called Rainbow Bright. I do not know if this will help you.
