The easiest would be to go to a make up counter and ask them to match your skin tone with some foundation or tinted moisturizer. As well, getting a make over might help.
However, if you don't want to pay to get it done, talk to your friends, your mom or any other female in your family and they'll be able to give you some good advice.
If this again, is not an option, try this:
First, determine if you have fair, olive, or dark skin, then go to a make up store, and pick out foundation, that is about 1 shade lighter than your skin. Try CoverGirl Smoothers (its really nice and it makes your skin feel very soft). DO NOT USE foundation that makes your skin look orange. It'll look silly. When applying the foundation, blend it into your skin by rubbing outwards towards your hair, ears and neck. If you can see a line, blend some more.
Once that is complete, eye liner is your next step. You'll want to pick an eye liner that compliments your eye colour. If you have brown eyes, brown and purple eye liner is nice, green eyes and purple eye liner is nice. Blue eyes, black eye liner looks best. Black goes with most other eye colours as well. When you apply eye liner, make sure the pencil is sharp and draw a very thin line above your eye and a thin line below your eye. If you do a line too dark, take a q-tip and blot it in some water and pull it across the line, it'll make it look thinner.
After you apply the eye liner, you can apply eye shadow. If you use black eye liner, use a complimentary colour, like purple for brown or green eyes and silver is always a nice colour. Use your brow line as a guide and apply the eye shadow even to the brow line. Do not go all the way up to your brow line, and only use one swipe with the brush.
After, you can use mascara. Use brown black mascara when trying make up for the first time, as it gives a more natural appeal. When putting mascara on, take the brush perpenticular (even with your face) and brush the mascara on. Do not move your head.
Hopefully this helps.
Most girls don't need make up, and if you do use make up, if you think its too much, REDO IT!!!! REmember, you don't want to look cheap. If you need any other help, email me and I'll try to help you out. fun_gurl_3@yahoo.com

OK? you rub the foundation not to much. but were you need it and make sure it makes your skin look even colors. then you put the eyeliner on and make sure you put it on the bottom that's were it looks best. get something you can rub for the eyeshadow make sure that matches what you are going to be wearing. For the blush you put it on your apple that is like kinda below the ear on the bone. Hopefully i helped you a little bit.

first of all i'd skip foundation if your in your teen-20's because it looks fake and boys and men love a natural beauty. use a concealer to even out discolorations and/or undereye circles. just dab a stick or liquid concealer under your eyes or swipe it. then use the pad of your middle finger to lightly tap blend the concealer. the warmth of your finger helps the concealer blend more evenly. don't do quick taps, tap each area for like 1-2 seconds so it really blends and doesn't streak. then you apply your loose powder which you just apply with the puff or a powder brush. then for the blush. twirl the blush brush in the brush twice. blow the excess off then brush against the back of your hand to get light coverage. then smile and apply it to the apples of your cheeks. lighly brush it against the bridge of your nose, eyelids, and forehead. pretty much where the sun would naturally hit you. last your mascara. find one that won't smear or clump. im in love with covergirls professional super thick lash mascara. just sweep the brush through your lashes carefully. don't rush. anyways good luck!!!

I would first find a shade of foundation that matches your skin tone.(preferably one with an SPF) Then apply it with a make-up sponge. Then set it with a loose powder. then for a blush i would pick a pinky rose color. with a big brush apply it on the apples of your cheeks. then you can either apply some pretty lip gloss or some lipstick(whichever u prefer)
for eyes: put some iridescent powder beneath the brow and in the tear of your eye to highlight it. then using a wet angle brush, dip it into a dark eye shadow(plum, deep purple, black) and line your eyes. You could also use eye liner. you then want to pick an eyeshadow that complements your skin tone and/or eye color.
i usually do a beige or tan with a little bit of light pink for everyday.Always do the darkest color of eyeshadow in the crease of your eye. then curl your eyelashes and apply a coat of mascara.

The easiest way to learn about your make-up is by letting an expert show you.Find a dept.store that does facials and make up sessions for their customers.Make an appointment and watch what they do.You choose the look you want ad they can tell you step by step how to get it..The only other way would be trial and error, with a friend or Mother telling you yes or no..Hope this helps you out....

1.cover the lid to browline with a sheer nude color
2. take a bronze color and sweep it over you lid extending a little past the corner of your eye
3.take the same bronze color and use a thin brush and line it on your lower eyelid underneath your eyelashes
4.take black eyeliner and put it on the INSIDE of your rims.(optional)
5. curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler
6. apply 2-3 coats of black mascara
this helps make your eyes look beautiful and exotic
to make your face look a it has a glow, put a foundation that is very close to your skin color and evenly put it on your face with a tissue or a cotton swab. then take a translucent shimmer powder and lighty apply with a powder brush evenly on your face with a sweeping motion.

Go to a good department store and ask for a free make up demonstration at one of the counters - Bobbi Brown or Estee Lauder or whatever. My favourite is Benefit. They should give you loads of advice and really shouldn't make you feel obliged to buy anything. I always think they are bored senseless and always happy to have someone to have a go on!!!

English has truly some this kind of issue. The shorter the verb, the more suitable likely it truly is to be of German extraction, and hence likely for use with a preposition to furnish a variety of diverse meanings. placed, take, supply, make, run, flow, come, sit down ... it truly is area of what makes English so very versatile, yet this kind of nightmare for foreigners getting to attain it.

GO to the clinque counter. That is what I did and ask them to help you with your makeup. They will help you and show you how. THey also will give you free little sample things.
Clinque counters are usually in any Dilliards, Macy's, or maybe JCpenny stores.
Good Luck. Hope this helps.

Go to jcpennys and in their makeup department they have people who can give you a full walk through. Prices range differently and Clinique is cheaper than Lancome just to let you know in case you decide to do this.
