I sadly lost my baby at 6 weeks along and am pregnant again now. How can you figure out a due date if you got pg soon after a miscarriage? Can you go by the first day of when you started bleeding as you would normally? I've made my doc. appt. just hoping for some fast answers. Thanks!

I got pregnant right after my miscarriage too. In order to date the pregnancy, I had to get an ultrasound. I suppose you can guessimate, but the u/s would be better for a more accurate date. Good Luck!

If you think it was a normal period, you can use it to calculate. However, cycles can be very irregular after a miscarriage and an early ultrasound is really the best way to date the pregnancy. Good luck!

If you had a period again after your miscarriage then go by the first day of that period. If you didn't wait a full cycle before trying again, then you'll probably have to go from your miscarriage.

Usually you start counting by the first day of your last period. So if this doesn't apply to you, you'll have to just make a best guestimate at it.
