Yes, but. Be sure to replace your hose clamps. The worm drive clamps carried by most parts stores are NOT ok for silicone. You need a lined clamp, which doesn't cut into the hose.

They are not only OK, but they are superior to rubber. I use them on my truck, which is 10 years old with 1,250,000 miles. I have only replaced each hose once, when I removed the original rubber and replaced it with silicone. More expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
