I am confused as were your two previous responders--one gave you the decimal value and the other gave you percents, and I am not sure what you need. If you need the numbers above expressed as percents, add two zeroes to the end, so 280 becomes 28000%. However, if the numbers were already percents and you needed the decimal value of them, then put a decimal so that there are two numbers after the decimal, thus 280% = 2.80

The easiest way to remember is that 100% is 1.00 in decimals. Anytime you multiply by 100% it is the same as multiplying by "1" because 100% of any number is that same number.

Percents are like decimals. Numbers that are 100 or more have at least one whole number and two decimal places, and numbers under 100 have no whole numbers--only decimals.

280 is 28000%, 283 is 28300%, 125 is 12500%, 212 is 21200%, 100 is 10000%... i think...
