There should be an illustration on the back of the tampon box or on the instructions on the inside of the box.

Tampax has a picture of the process on a paper inside the tampon box.

In the inside of the tampon box, it used to have a sheet of paper in there on the risks and such. I am almost positive that on that sheet were pics. GOOD LUCK
