White women that date black men are usually bottom of the barrel rejects of white society that can't get with the cream of the crop white men. Any decent normal white female will date and marry white men. The quality of white women that date black men are usually the lowest of all white women, appearance wise, social status, and self esteem wise. Black men date white women for different reasons including the ones mentioned by the asker of this question. If you take a good look at a lot of the black men that date white women especially exclusively, they are usually the ones who can not get the cream of the crop black women because they are ugly, are very dark skin with issues about their complexion or other emotional problems stemming from pass relationships or childhood. If you every notice most "pretty boy" black men almost always date black women because they have no problems attracting and being with them unlike the black men who date white women because many can't find happiness else where because of A. He's ugly, a lame or a prick or B. The ugly, lame or prick girls that would give him some play, he doesn't like them.
***Note*****
The comment about brothers with dark skin might come off as if I'm saying its a bad thing. I don't mean it like that because I love dark skin but many brothers and a some sisters too that are very dark skin have issues with it and is why they are often drawn to very light skin or white women or men.

Not sure why white women are looked down on for dating black me. Black women tend to feel that white women are taking all the good black men out there. White men are just jealous.

Unfortunately it could be for any of the reason above. White women are portrayed by the media in this country as the most beautiful, so everyone in this country are automatically brainwashed by this concept on a daily basis. If you don't believe men, just turn on the television are go check out many of these magazines.

Also a lot of black men do find whitw women easier to deal with than black women. Men tend to get away with things more with white women. Black women on the other hand will put you in check at the first sign of something wrong, I guess that has to do with having a more dominate attitude. Most white women ted to be more passive towards things.

racism

a lot of people still don't like the ideal of people of different races being together sexually.

as for why do Black men find white women attractive about white women. I can only speak for myself and it's similarly to why I find other women attractive, looks, personalty etc.

I don't know many people that actually see white woman a just trophies or status symbol, there might be some but I doubt that is the main reason for most people.

To entertain your question,

I live in TX, and we do see alot of interracial dating going on. For the most point it is the black man dating hispanic, white or asian women. I myself am a successful, intelligent, beautiful black woman, who owns her own car and home. I don't have a problem with black men dating outside of their race. I however, do know some black women who do.

I don't think that the black women have an issue with the white woman, rather than the black man. Black women have stood behinde their black man for hundreds of years... pass slavery, the baby booming years and soo much. Black women are the back bone in many societies. Black people themself have built this great country, for this country was built on the backs of slaves. Black women feel in a sense... alienated from all she knows and loves.

A white woman in a sense would not understand the struggles of being black or the hardships that a black person goes through in this great, yet...racist, bigoted country. Many black children are being raised without a father... due to the fact that he was wrongly imprisoned/rightly imprisoned, shot or killed, killed due to natural causes, homosexual, married, in another relationship, or just a plain deadbeat dad. White, Asian and Hispanic women could never understand the heart of a black man.

Black women are far more passionate than most women, especially when it comes to black men. However most black women will not deal with the control, pride and disrespectful nature of "some" black men. A white person would tell you that a black man dates a white woman because she is seen as a trophy. However this is furthest from the truth. The truth is that a light skinned black woman or as black men calls us "yellow bones" are really what a trophy is.

White women do tend to throw themselves at available black men, especially those with money, fame and success. I have a black male friend who is a doctor, who was chased by white, asian and spanish women. He said he never really got chased by black women. However, he married a white woman, and she ended up cheating on him, and she changed and he saw her true colors. Now he is single and has the nerves to want me. I'll have no part in it. I think the problem ppl have is the fact that "some" asian, white and spanish women chase black men for the wrong reason.

Black men should stop talking badly about their black women, when their own mother, daughter or sister, aunt, cousin is a black woman. Black women are beautiful, wonderful and powerful women. We do get taken for granted, understimated and so much more. However, I believe that the alterior motives of people will be revealed in due time. It's just waiting till those motives are revealed.

It is definitely true about the trophy/status symbol but many black men are simply attracted to white women and the fact about trophy/status is part of the picture regardless. For example I may covet Asian women because of my stereotypes about them but if I happen to fall in by chance with an Asian woman as my soulmate the stereotype is meaningless.

The control thing I do not believe is prevalent at all. Regardless there are a lot of white women with very low self esteem OR who are not considered attractive by the average white man... and these women enjoy the attention of black men who view them from a different perspective i.e. they find them attractive and 'easy to control'

Whatever the take there are plenty of interracial couples who love and/or care for each other and this is their entitlement and I support them.

It depends on who is doing the looking down on .
Some black women feel that is offensive because they think
(and I said THINK ) there aren't any prospective and successful black men for them. Some men (black, white, latino, etc) feel that black women are a issue looking for a reason to set it off.
It shouldn't matter , but it does that race is a factor by stating
(not you in particular) that a white woman is looked upon as a trophy. All women (or men for that matter) lucky to find love should be viewed as a trophy regardless of color.

Let's see: - he's educated - he's putting you through nursing school - he bought you an engagement ring - he comes from good family ...and what was wrong with him? He's white? That's it? I don't think people necessarily look down upon you for dating a white man, they might have issues with white people in general they need to sort out for themselves. That said, for people to say you're being used, that's pretty offensive. What's their point: a white man can't genuinely be interested in you unless he can use you? That's rather harsh. "Does you fiancee treat you with respect? Does he worship the ground you walk upon? Does he love you?" Aren't these issues your friends and family should be concerned with, rather than go: he's white? The man bought you an engagement ring, which to me indicates he's pretty serious about you. Enjoy your upcoming marriage and don't let haters rain on your parade.

Men aren’t “supposed” to seek out advice on how to get women or ask their friends how do I get a girl. We don’t sit around analyzing each other’s relationships. Still, picking up beautiful women is a skill that anyone can learn with enough time, practice, and access to the right resources. Read here https://tr.im/NmE5b
There is a ton of stuff ( to help you get started. Sometimes the techniques go against “conventional wisdom” or what seems to work in movies and romance novels. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and try them – they DO work and they are a huge advantage over the competition.

If a white woman is looked down upon for dating a black man, it is probably because of pre exsisting stereotypes and learned behavior that benefits the status quo.
Society has created a system of norms that it adheres to in order to maintain its structure and order. In our society the black man is feared and systematically destroyed through institutional racism. The reason behind this is to hide the majesty and godlike nature of the black man as this would bring about the end of white society's rule on the earth.
Thus, whenever a white woman is seen in a dating relationship with a black man it is symbolic reminder of the black man's eventual rise and return to natural domination.

For your first question: Many people believe that everyone should "stick to their own" and whomever doesn't is looked upon as scum, especially if this person is to get involved with a man who belongs to a race that is seen as the most inferior.

For yoru second question: White women are shown in the media as being the ideal beauty. This is why men of all races are attracted to them as opposed to women of other races, whom are often given very stereotypical roles.
