Hourly rate for workers in India?

We are quoting some work to be done in India (electromechanical) assembly work. What is the average hourly wage rate there?

as far as I know the workers are paid very poorly at less than a dollar an hour but you might want to check a reputable web site or something. maybe forbes not really sure though.
