There should be screws on the back side of the tower, undo them and you "should" be able to slide off one side, or some the whole case comes off.....

If you have a webcam and an instant messenger, I can walk you thru the whole process, just click on my picture, and you will see an email link, email me your messenger info and we can get this knocked out!

Don't open the tower, you do not get into BIOS from inside
(the only exception is to re-set a BIOS password, but you never mentioned password)

You enter BIOS by pressing a key during boot up. The key varies from machine to machine but the most common ones to try are:

Delete
F2
F10
Tab

But once in Bios do you know what to do? I mean you have not been very clear on what is wrong.
If you are not sure of what you are doing ask someone to have a look at it for you

If under warranty call your dealer.
You can access/reset BIOS settings
by pressing DEL as soon as you start the computer.
Hope you know what to do .
If the question is vague or lacks
details how can we answer ?
You have not specified the problem.
and assumed you can repair the computer
by tweaking the BIOS/CMOS.

they are all accessable. don't force any thing, each one is different, some its merely 4 to 6 screws on the back around the edges, normally the case will slide right off. but without seeing it's hard to say, just try different possibilities, when you finally figure it out youll be shocked at how simple it is! but by the sound of things, coming from a tech. i wouldnt do anything unless you have a clue, also if your system is uner warranty, you will void it

screw driver.. dependent on MB type as to where you need to be looking, but most laptops are reasonably accessible and all desktops that I know of. Of course the new boxes are starting to come out with key locks on them.

Nobody can answer a question like this unless they have some specifics about your computer. You never mention the make or model.

Can't help unless you help us.

Don't be a dope, if you have to ask you are not capable of doing it.
