they say might is right and thats what we have seen in this case. Bush is hailed like a Hero because he leads the might, had he been among the vanquished he would have been in Saddams place instead. but the conqueror gets the spoils of war... the loser gets a Necktie Party. I say Americans are equally or more Barbaric than the ones they call barbaric and use this as an excuse to plunder and loot.

So, if that's truly how you feel, then what's stopping you from moving to one of those "less barbaric" countries? You come off (it's hard to tell, without benefit of facial expression and influx of tone) like a far left loon. You cry about things like the loss of life in Iraq, but you ignore blatant and irrefutable facts. We are fighting a war that had only been drawn to a U.N. brokered Cease-Fire Agreement not an end. That Saddam had far more blood on his hands and that (as much as it pains you to have to read the truth) we are actually not only winning ths war, but are doing good throughout the world. We lose on average about 3 U.S. servicemen a day in Iraq. When Patton drove the U.S.3d Army across France in 1944, he lost on average 1,300 men every three weeks -- this, to an easily identifiable, uniformed army. Those numbers speak for themselves.
So, lets look at another president or two. Shall we? Lincoln was a republican, extremely hated while in offce. He fought to save the union and free the slaves, yet he was so hated by the democrats, that he had to institute the Sedition Act, just to get people to fight the war. And the Democrats? Couldn't have cared less about the fall of the union or the freeing of slaves. Hmmm...
How about Kennedy? Lets talk about blood being on someone's hands. The Bay of Pigs invasion. Dreamed up by Eisenhower and Nixon, it landed on Kennedy's door-step when he took office. Everything was "Go" until the Russians shot down Capt. Powers while on a spy mission. Suddenly, Kennedy, his brother (the Attorrney General) and the Sec. of Defense got cold feet. They didn't cancel the mission. Instead, they cancelled the support of the mission. They let 2510 men go to their graves thinking they still had support. Why cancel the support but not the op? No lose strings. If no one survives, then no one can cast an accusing finger. 2510 men killed in four days. But still, your parents labelled THAT presidency as "Camelot." Yeah buddy, I think you need to go do your homework and study history a whole lot more. You're lost and confused. In a sense, mentally exhausted and morally bankrupt. Go, move to the less barbaric nation. See how well you like it when you try and post your B.S. on the net there...

Most of Congress would have to answer for voting to authorize the Invasion of Iraq. Claiming Stupidity like Hillary and Edwards have done won't get it.

Who hails Bush as a hero? Only 30% of America? Doesn't sound like much of a hero's welcome. And he's trying to conquer the world now? So, Iraq and Afghanistan are the world? OK, sounds like some radical thinking going on here, I don't know what world you live in, but it's not this one.

Are you from the great country of the United States? I guess not if you would call our people barbaric. Dont you remember 9/11, the shock and horror we all went through, esp the people on the planes, the towers and their famalies. He is just trying to protect our hard earned freedom.

No. Bush is a loser leader for a corrupt nation of killers.
Tragic latest episode in a demonic tale of the USA and its
ongoing crimes. At a "c" student, he is just stupid enough to believe the USA is morally right in murdering thousands of Iraqis and Arabs throughout the world. Lifetimes will pass before the USA is remotely safe, thanks directly to his actions. A simpleton and a buffoon, he is also an idiot - the trifecta! We have a winner!

Oh this is an absurd question. If you can't see the difference between Stalin, Hitler and the United States defending its interests, than I feel sorry for you.
