Well, I can see it now. It may be the "glitchy" connection between Yahoo! Answers and 360 -- the avatars do tend to shift on and off sometimes, more some days than others. Today has been a bit worse than normal.
On the other hand, if we can see it and you can't, that may be a bad cache file problem. To fix that, clear your history, cookies and temporary files, reboot and retry.
Otherwise, just be patient and it will come back -- always does!
