I just wondered if she were a real person, what would a psychiatrist think of her insisting that Oz was a really true live place.

If dorothy was real and kept insisting that her dreams were real. Wouldn't that warrent a psychological diagnoses.

They would look at her situation (she was afraid of losing her dog, ran away and hit her head) and say, "She is 12 and had a vivid dream." and leave it at that.

She's a teenager having a tantrum. There is no diagnosis because there is no disease.
