Yes.
You can increase your height. Here is my article on the subject, it was for an another person but all will apply to you also, so enjoy the positive changes in your height.

In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.
Cycling is a good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.
Swimming.
Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
Stretching exercises on floor.
Find them on line.
Chin ups.
Full stretch type.
Swinging from a rope.
Full stretch climbing.
In other words do things that require stanching.

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.
Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".
Issue of Genes:
You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.
I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.
Again Swimming:
You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.
The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

Actually, it's pretty easy to grow taller...if your muscles could stretch, which they can't. Bones can grow longer quickly, like how a complet fracture of a bone can heal in a few months, but muscles don't grow nearly as quickly. Also, at 18 years of age, it is still possible to increase your height much as it is to find a electron floating around inside your left nostril...(Little bit of magnet-nerd humor).

i don't think u have anymore time to get taller. I am 18 and i'm
5 feet and quarter inches and i am proud of my height. many ppl think that short ppl r sexier dan tall and average heights. most guys r taller dan short girls and u can wear 2-3 inches nice heels. so don't worry abt it, be happy wid ur height.

ummm sorry you cant, ts genetic, what you could do is sleep more, studies show your a little taller in the morning then when you are during the day, you also might want to try this, strap yourself to a torture stretching device and have someone tighten you until you feel intense amounts of pain. lol jk dont try that at all.

Live a normal healthy life. Eat balanced food with plenty of greens and fruits, Do regular exercise. That is the normal way.
