The company i work for treats us like crap, they dont ackowledge good behavior, they seem to reward those who they like thier attatudes, rather than the actual work they do...Seems like everyday is "Backwards day" at my workplace, the company doesnt give good service to customers and they dont care...they wont raise the payscale, and this attracts Scuzy people to the company when they hire, and they have hired and trained theives and drug addicts. They dont promote from within either, the last supervisor was hired off the street. I think i need to find another job!

I like my job and I don't work for *******. You need to find another job and no not all companies are like that.

A very long time ago, we would pick up our keys, lunch, and weapon on the way out the door just in case one of our coworkers had a "freaky bad day". There are better places to work even if you have to take a pay cut for a chance to get a couple of pay raises.

In my working experiences, I have found that there are good companies out there, but they are definitely out numbered by the bad ones. I seem to attract the bad ones for whatever reason.
Start looking, that's what I am doing.

Sadly, there are companies like this. Go look for a new job, if your employer is a larger employer in your area, the places you apply will understand the situation.
I am glad my company isn't like that.

There are actually good employers out there. No, get yourself out there and find one -- pronto ! Your reason for leaving: no chance for wage or job improvement.
