i dropped my ipod, and it told me to restore it through itunes, so i did, and now itunes doesn't list the ipod in the source list when i plug it in....any thoughts or suggestions??

Well I have one of those old shuffles and sometimes I have problems with it. You may want to get a new one depending on what kind of ipod you have.

have you uploaded the most recent itunes? because if you have they have a button on there you press to clear all the bugs or anything that may be going wrong. but if that doesnt work you should call the apple store.
