Quite the opposite - ADA protects people with disabilities, and AIDS is classed as a disability.
Good thing too! There is way too much prejudice in the world today. Having HIV or AIDs is not a public health issue. If they should be cut and bleed, they'll know what to do, and so should the teachers.

I don't believe there's been a case of this since Ryan White was kicked out of his school back in the late 80's because parents and the school feared other students would be at risk.
His parents sued the school to force them to allow Ryan back and won. They eventually transferred him to another school that was more aware of the facts concerning HIV/AIDS.

Some school tried that once and I think it got shot down. So yeah yo can go to school with AIDS, although, if you have AIDS I start living instead of preparing for the future, because you're going to....yeah, you know

Nope, in fact just the opposite, ADA requires that any student with a special need or disability would allowed to go to that school. It is totally illegal to say that they cannot attend, it is considered discrimination.

i new there is teasher who have HIV and he is well known, he is still teashing the studant at unniversity.you cann't beleive.
