I always get mistaken for a female when talking on the phone, and this also causes a lack of confidence when going to approach new people in all different situations. I always feel like I'm going to be judged because of the sound of my girly voice :( I am willing to work hard to change it!

Well you need to take voice classes. Before answering the phone, take deep breaths and think you are heavy when you are talking. One idea, you just need to relax more.

You could just do a pretend voice on the phone. You'd be amazed at how many people do. I was once told to use a bedroom voice when leaving messages on answering machines because you're more likely to get a reply. Just pick an actor with a deep voice and do a (non-comical) impersonation of them.
